Victoria Terrace runs above Victoria Street. Access to Victoria Terrace is from George IV Bridge, via Upper Bow down from the Lawnmarket, via the steps up from Victoria Street or the steps down from Johnston Terrace.
Wheelchair access is only possible from George IV Bridge. Please note that there is no wheelchair access to the upper level of the Library or to the toilets.
